Corn Caserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 4 regular size cans corn, drained
  • Optional
  • 1 small can green chili
  • 1 small diced jalapeno

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in large baking dish or crockpot. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered, or cook on high 1 1/2 hours uncovered in crockpot.
  2. Serve with Mexican food or take to a pot luck.
