Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped and browned in oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can yellow hominy
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 c. crushed corn chips
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Top with crushed corn chips and grated cheese.
  3. Cook at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. To make it more spicy, salsa or Mexican cheese may be added.
