Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk or cream
  • 1 can crab meat or 7 oz. frozen and drained crab meat
  • 1 can cream-style corn or 2 packages frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of chicken soup, milk or cream, crab meat, cream-style corn, butter, sherry, black pepper, and salt in a pot.
  2. Heat the mixture thoroughly over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve hot.
