Instructions
- Cream margarine with fructose, brown sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix soda and salt with flour and stir into creamed mixture.
- Stir in cornflake crumbs, oats and coconut.
- Roll in balls and flatten with glass dipped in flour.
- Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.
