Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. or more chopped boiled chicken
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • approximately 1 c. corn flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients, except corn flakes and butter. Top with corn flakes and butter.
  2. Cook for 35 minutes at 350°.
