Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole corn
  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canned milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together whole corn, creamed corn, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, shredded cheese, eggs, canned milk, and water.
  2. Let the mixture set for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or loaf pan.
  5. Bake until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.
