Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of whole kernel corn, reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid.
  2. Combine the reserved liquid and cream cheese in a saucepan.
  3. Heat and blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in the drained corn, diced green chilies, sliced green onion, and chopped red pepper.
