Ingredients

  • 1 large package frozen corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Add frozen corn to the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until set and golden.
