Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage ⓘ
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion ⓘ
- 4 cups peeled potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper ⓘ
- 2 cups water ⓘ
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn ⓘ
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained ⓘ
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk ⓘ
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven or kettle, cook sausage and onion until the sausage is browned and the onion is tender; drain on paper towels.
- Return the sausage and onion to the Dutch oven with the potatoes, salt, marjoram, pepper, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Add the cream-style corn, drained whole kernel corn, and evaporated milk.
- Heat through and serve.
