Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 3 cups potatoes, sliced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Shred the small head of cabbage and place half of it in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Add half of the sliced potatoes and half of the hamburger on top of the cabbage.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over this layer.
  4. Repeat with the remaining cabbage, potatoes, and hamburger.
  5. Pour milk evenly over the assembled ingredients.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 2 hours.
