Ingredients

  • 1 can corned beef
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. pickle relish
  • 1 bunch parsley, snipped
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except parsley in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Roll each ball in snipped parsley.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
