Cornflour Biscuits
Ingredients
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix butter, powdered sugar - you can use hand mixer or a whisk. Keep whisking until you have a white creamy texture.
- Add your eggs one at a time and keep whisking.
- In another bowl mix your flour, baking powder, salt and cornflour.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and keep whisking. I prefer to dig into the dough in order to get what I really need. You need to have a ball of a soft non-stick dough. You can add a teaspoon of whole milk to get the perfect consistency.
- Put your dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes before shaping it. The shape of the biscuits is up to you but I personally prefer to use a piping bag.
- Bake your biscuits in a hot oven for about 10 minutes. Let it cool for a while. Serve warm with a giant mug of Tea with Milk.
