Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 lb. frozen corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Drain the cooked noodles.
  4. Mix all cream soups, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Add cooked meat and onions to the bowl and mix well.
  6. Toss in the cooked noodles and transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
