Corny Good Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 (16 oz.) pork and beans, drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drain and rinse
  • 1 (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) vegetable soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. In Dutch oven, brown beef, onion and celery.
  2. Cook until tender; drain and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer until heated through.
  4. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
