Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cook and stir sausage, celery, onion, green pepper, garlic, and salt until the meat is brown.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Stir in pork and beans (with sauce), lima beans (with liquid), and tomato paste.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
