- Brown the hamburger in a skillet.
- Add garlic (if using), salt, pepper, and spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Grease a casserole dish.

- Place one-third of cooked and drained lasagne noodles in the casserole dish.
- Spread one-third of the sour cream mixture over the noodles, then add one-third of the sauce, and sprinkle with one-third of the grated Cheddar cheese.
