A hearty, flavorful layered salad combining fresh vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, bacon bits, and creamy dressing, perfect for casual gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, broken in pieces
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped in large pieces
  • 10 oz. frozen peas
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 package Ranch Dressing mix
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 small sour cream

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan in the order given: lettuce, eggs, peas, bacon bits, celery, onion.
  2. Mix the ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream to make the dressing.
  3. Spread the dressing mixture evenly over the layered ingredients, sealing the edges.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours or longer.
  5. Before serving, spread grated cheese over the top and serve.
