Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Parkay margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in Parkay margarine until tender.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in sautéed onion, cooked and drained broccoli, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set.
  6. Serve immediately.
