Ingredients

  • 2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. quick cook oats
  • 2 c. corn flakes
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Using a large bowl, blend melted butter and sugars.
  2. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Sift salt, flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.
  4. Add to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Stir in oats, corn flakes, chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut.
  6. Use an ice cream scoop to place 6 cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Cookies will be soft and chewy if not baked until brown.
