Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb of ground beef
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups chopped green peppers
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans tom sauce (8 oz)
  • 2 cans kidney beans (15 oz)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, pepper and onions in a dutch oven, med/high heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble, then drain.
  2. Return beef mixture to pan. Add 1 cup water and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to simmer. 20 mins
