Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, chopped fine
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown meat, onions, and bell pepper in a skillet; pour off fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly.
