Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Saute sliced zucchini and mushrooms in butter until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, combine milk, dry mustard, crabmeat, Cheddar cheese, onion powder, and beaten eggs.
  4. Mix together, then add the sautéed vegetables and combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a pie plate.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
