Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp garlic Season-All
  • 1 cup crab or shrimp

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy; drain and chop.
  2. Sauté mushrooms and chopped onion in bacon fat until tender.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Mix crab meat with mayonnaise, Worcestershire, horseradish, garlic Season-All, grated Swiss cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Combine the crab mixture with chopped bacon, then spread on slices of French bread.
  6. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper or paprika.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
