Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, adding crab meat last.
  2. Save 1 cup of cheese from the total for topping.
  3. Spread the mixture on lightly toasted hamburger buns.
  4. Sprinkle with additional cheese reserved earlier.
  5. Broil until lightly brown and bubbly.
  6. Serve immediately.
