Ingredients

  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained
  • 6 English muffins, split

Instructions

  1. Heat shredded Cheddar cheese and margarine in the microwave until melted; stir until combined.
  2. Mix in drained crab meat, add a dash of garlic (optional) and a dash of salt.
  3. Spread the cheese and crab mixture on the split English muffins.
  4. Place the muffins under the broiler.
  5. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes until bubbly and browned.
  6. Serve hot as a snack or light meal with salad or fruit.
