Ingredients

  • 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 6 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream of mushroom soup over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and add it to the soup.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a 4-cup mold.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Serve with assorted crackers.
