  • 6 to 8 oz. crabmeat, cooked, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. In a 1-quart casserole or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Spoon into 2 individual casserole dishes, sauce dishes, or shells.
  3. Cook, uncovered, 1 minute and 30 seconds or until edges bubble.
