Ingredients

  • 8 oz. wide egg noodles
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup milk
  • 16 oz. crab delights
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 10 oz. frozen peas
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles as directed on the package.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sliced mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed.
  3. Stir in the undiluted cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Marsala wine if using.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and add crabmeat, frozen peas, and sour cream.
  6. Heat through without boiling.
  7. Toss the sauce with cooked noodles and minced parsley before serving.
