Ingredients

  • 8 oz imitation crabmeat, cut in small pieces
  • 3 or 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté green pepper and green onion until tender.
  2. Add crabmeat and heat through. Set aside to cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and crab mixture.
  5. Beat egg white slightly and mix into the crab mixture. Chill for several hours.
  6. Separate crescent rolls and place one tablespoon of mixture on each. Roll up and seal.
  7. Brush with beaten egg white and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
