- Sauté green pepper and green onion until tender.
- Add crabmeat and heat through. Set aside to cool.
- Beat cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and crab mixture.
- Beat egg white slightly and mix into the crab mixture. Chill for several hours.
- Separate crescent rolls and place one tablespoon of mixture on each. Roll up and seal.
- Brush with beaten egg white and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
