- Remove any remaining pieces of shell or cartilage from crabmeat.
- In a bowl, combine crabmeat, whipped chive cream cheese, chopped parsley, and minced green onion. Mix well.
- Spread each slice of bread with a heaping tablespoon of the crab mixture and roll the bread in a jelly roll fashion.
- Cut each roll into thirds.
- Cut bacon slices in half.
- Wrap one piece of bacon around each bread roll.
- Secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once during baking.
