Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 c. extra rich milk
  • 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg
  • cracker meal

Instructions

  1. Mix crabmeat, milk, bread crumbs, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and egg in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 individual patties and roll each in cracker meal.
  3. Fry the patties in deep fat until golden brown.
