Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, green onion, and bell pepper in butter.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup with 2 cans of water.
  3. Add mushrooms, shrimp, and seasoning.
  4. Cook until shrimp is done.
  5. Serve over rice with salad and French bread. You may add a little cornstarch to make the sauce thicker.
