Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 small packages cream cheese
  • 2 small cans crabmeat, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Lightly heat the mushroom soup and cream cheese until the cheese melts.
  2. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water.
  3. Add the drained crabmeat, mayonnaise, chopped celery, minced onion, and dissolved gelatin to the soup mixture.
  4. Mix everything together well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 1-quart mold.
  6. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight until set.
