- Carefully slice off the top of the French bread.
- Hollow out the bottom portion of the bread.
- Save the top piece for later.
- In a saucepan, melt the margarine on low heat and stir in chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Add boiled, peeled crawfish tails and chopped black olives to the saucepan.
- Stir in mayonnaise and dry mustard, then mix well.
- Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Gently fold in grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Stuff the mixture into the hollowed-out bread loaf.
- Replace the top of the bread and serve.
