Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped small
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 small can bean sprouts
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add one-third of the soy sauce.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms, bean sprouts, and another one-third of the soy sauce.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet.
  6. Cover and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve hot.
