- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, soda, vinegar, salad oil, vanilla, and water until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
- Add coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Top with the remaining cake batter.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
