Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 c. chopped cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until no longer red, breaking up the meat. Spoon off most of the grease.
  2. Add chopped cabbage and dry minced onion to the skillet. Cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, cream of celery soup, milk, salt, pepper, and celery seed to the skillet.
  4. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
