Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen fish fillets, thawed
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • freshly ground pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Place fillets in a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and dot with butter.
  2. Spoon undiluted cream of shrimp soup over the fillets; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
