Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced dried beef, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add chopped green onions, chopped green pepper, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Stir in the finely chopped dried beef and chopped parsley if using.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
