Ingredients

  • 2 bags fresh carrots, sliced thin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 chicken bouillon
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil sliced carrots and chicken bouillon in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Saute scallions in butter until tender.
  3. Add Cheez Whiz, sour cream, and milk to the carrots and scallions, mixing well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with parsley and bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
