Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 pounds cod, cut into small portions
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add the cod and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove the fish to a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk, then pour over the fish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
