Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 1/2 c. low-fat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped scallion

Instructions

  1. In a blender container, combine sour cream, milk, and mayonnaise.
  2. Process until thoroughly combined, scraping down sides of the container as necessary.
  3. Stir in chopped parsley, basil, dill, thyme leaves, chopped scallion, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer to a bowl or jar with a tight-fitting cover.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Just before serving, stir well.
