Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (or more) ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion or flakes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. (or more) canned or frozen corn
  • 1 pt. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add the rest of ingredients and cook 15 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
  4. Vary amounts of corn, celery and tomatoes to suit taste.
