Ingredients

  • Rice Krispies
  • 2 lb. seasoned sausage, fried and drained
  • dry onions
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Cover the bottom with a layer of Rice Krispies and seasoned, fried sausage.
  3. Sprinkle with dry onions, cooked rice, and grated Cheddar cheese.
  4. You can freeze the casserole at this point for later use.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cream of celery soup, beaten eggs, and milk.
  6. Pour the mixture over the casserole.
  7. Sprinkle Rice Krispies over the top.
  8. Bake in a 325°F oven for 45 minutes.
