Ingredients

  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 c. sour milk
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Instructions

  1. Combine egg yolks, sour milk, and canola oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar to the mixture.
  3. Beat the mixture well until smooth.
  4. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites gently.
  5. Bake in a hot waffle iron until golden and crispy.
