- Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to package directions. Cut up any large pieces.
- Combine creamed corn, drained whole corn, shredded Swiss cheese, and cream of celery soup in a bowl.
- Fold in the cooked vegetables and drained sliced mushrooms into the mixture.
- Turn the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Toss stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
