Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen cauliflower
  • 10 oz. frozen cut broccoli
  • 17 oz. can creamed corn
  • 17 oz. can whole corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to package directions. Cut up any large pieces.
  2. Combine creamed corn, drained whole corn, shredded Swiss cheese, and cream of celery soup in a bowl.
  3. Fold in the cooked vegetables and drained sliced mushrooms into the mixture.
  4. Turn the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Toss stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
