Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips over hot water and remove from heat.
  2. Add corn syrup and orange juice to the melted chocolate.
  3. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, and chopped nuts in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the crumb mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  5. Let the mixture stand for about 30 minutes.
  6. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  7. Roll the balls in granulated or powdered sugar.
  8. Allow to ripen in a cool place in a covered container.
