Ingredients

  • 1 spice cake mix
  • 2 (1 lb.) jars candied mixed fruit
  • 1/2 cup red candied cherries
  • 1/2 cup green candied cherries
  • 1/2 pound seedless raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped dates

Instructions

  1. Bake the spice cake mix according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  3. Add the candied mixed fruit, red and green candied cherries, seedless raisins, and chopped dates to the crumbs.
  4. Mix all ingredients well to combine.
