Delicious bite-sized curried chicken puffs feature creamy filling with tender chicken, toasted almonds, and fragrant curry spices, perfect for entertaining or flavorful snacks.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of curry powder
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked and chopped chicken
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • miniature cream puffs

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, milk, salt, curry powder, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add cooked and chopped chicken, toasted slivered almonds, and finely chopped onions; mix lightly.
  3. Cut the tops off miniature cream puffs to create a pocket.
  4. Fill each cream puff with the chicken mixture.
  5. Replace the tops on the filled cream puffs.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes or until warm.
