Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of curry powder
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 12 oz. scrod fillets

Instructions

  1. Combine Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Place the scrod fillets in a small casserole dish.
  3. Pour the mustard mixture over the fish fillets.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  5. Broil for 2 minutes to finish.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
